Prayer Focus for the Week of 10/29/2023

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. - Ephesians 3:20–21 (ESV)

This is the final week of our focused prayer for the church. I would like for us to close this time not asking for anything but giving praise and honor to God. Come what may, God is worthy of our praise.

God, we praise you for who you are and all you have done. You are great and mighty, full of grace and mercy, just, righteous, and care for us and this church. We thank you for this church and for the people in this church you have brought together. Thank you, Father, for your Spirit at work in us, in our church, and in our community. You are wonderful and great and greatly to be praised. We love you and thank you. Through the work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we give you all glory and honor. Amen.
